excellant friendly staff who did everything possible to ensure an enjoyable stay. Recommendations made by them exceeded expectations. Restaurant also very good with a keen manager who suggested food/wine/sherry combinations which would not have tried normally, altogether a great city break.

Great staff particularly Alejandro. He was full of information, loved using google earth to show you where to go and was a complete star in helping us out as we were caught in the volcanic ash mess.

All of the staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful. The hotel was clean, good facilities with beautiful roof terrace in a great location in Jerez. Could not have asked for more!

It may have a 3 star category, however it punches well above this weight. From our viewpoint it was an excellent location to explore Jerez. A small boutique hotel with a superb accompanying restaurant. We liked the courtyard patio and rooftop terrace which offered some respite in the June sunshine. Joanna also provided us with some very good advice in our quest for tapas and flamenco, she is a font of local knowledge.

Well positioned for the sites of Jerez. Easy walking to the centre of town. Friendly owners and staff made us feel very welcome. Jazz on the roof terrace on Thursday evening was a pleasant diversion although the locals stayed up well into the wee small hours. No matter where we travel, we always pack earplugs and they were helpful on that evening (although otherwise not needed). Breakfast choice and quality was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully appointed hotel with luxury features and fittings and stylish decor. Very peaceful location within reasonable walking distance of all the sights. We enjoyed the walled garden patio where we could have drinks, breakfast and a meal from the excellent restaurant. Regretably we were unable to make full use of the roof top terrace. The staff who mostly spoke excellent English, were particularly friendly and helpful at this hotel.

Difficult to find because it was not signed as many other hotels in the city were, and the directions from the website take you into the Calle Chancilleria, ommitting to explain that the road starts as the Calle Puerta Nueva.

Though the bedroom's decoration is simple, the bed and matress are large and comfortable, the air cond is silent and well working, the washroom is large, and one doesn't have to wait for getting hot water. The location is excellent and the place is silent. Breakfast is also excellent.

Interior design very pleasing. Food and service in associated restaurant was outstanding. All ingredients purchased locally.

Our gps didn't recognize either the hotel or even the street but we found it by coordinates. Parking is horrendous but staff helped accommodate.

Very close to the centre of city. The staff were brilliant at booking and suggesting tours. Food is great in the restaurant and the breakfast is fantastic.

Very difficult to find, down a one way street, so for finding by car it was very difficult, with virtually no parking available. Wouldn't recommend for travelling with a car.
